STOPWARTOKEN — Transparency & Governance Policy

This page explains how STOPWARTOKEN (SWT) handles humanitarian commissions, wallet governance, and transparency commitments. The project is community-oriented and focused on transparent on-chain transfers.

Mission

STOPWARTOKEN (SWT) is a blockchain initiative enabling transparent humanitarian relief funding to support people affected by conflict. The project prioritises transparency, on-chain accountability, and traceable fund flows.

Key Token Facts

Total supply: 1,000,000 SWT
Liquidity allocation: 500,000 SWT (50% of total supply)
Humanitarian commission: Accumulates on the token contract until released.
LP tokens: Locked on-chain using NFT-based locking (Uniswap v3 & QuickSwap).

Governance Model

Humanitarian multisig (2/2): Founder + future representative of a recognised humanitarian organization — both must approve every humanitarian transfer once the partnership is established.
Liquidity & Dev wallets: Controlled by the Founder, used strictly for liquidity management and project development. Liquidity distributed across Uniswap and QuickSwap for balanced market depth.
Fixed contract parameters: The humanitarian commission is permanently capped at 0.1% in the contract code. The multisig may only reduce it — down to a minimum of 0.05% — but can never increase it.
Locked and reserved wallets: Owner and reserve allocations are subject to smart contract lockups to ensure long-term stability and prevent premature access.

Liquidity and Initial Pricing

The initial price of SWT is established transparently through the first liquidity pool on Polygon (QuickSwap / Uniswap). The starting price of 0.01 USDT per SWT is determined solely by the ratio of SWT and USDT provided during the initial liquidity setup.
Initial liquidity allocation: 500,000 SWT (50% of total supply) paired with corresponding USDT to establish a fair market entry at 0.01 USDT.
No pre-sale or private offering: All participants interact with the same on-chain pool from day one.
LP token custody: Liquidity pool (LP) tokens are locked to prevent withdrawal or manipulation and to guarantee long-term stability.
Future pools: Additional liquidity may be added later on Uniswap, QuickSwap, or other DEXs to strengthen depth and reduce slippage.

Commission Flow

• Each on-chain transfer collects a small humanitarian commission that remains securely stored on the contract until released.
• When the balance reaches a threshold, any community member can call the Humanitarian trigger to move accumulated funds to the humanitarian multisig wallet.
• The multisig approves final transfers to humanitarian organizations.

Current Status

Discussions with potential humanitarian partners (such as UNICEF) are planned. Until a formal agreement is reached, accumulated commissions remain securely stored on the humanitarian multisig wallet and cannot be spent. Once a recognised organization joins, the multisig will include its representative. If UNICEF declines participation, alternative accredited partners will be considered.

Transparency Commitments

• All project addresses and the smart contract are public and verifiable on Polygonscan.
• Monthly transparency reports will be published with transaction hashes for each humanitarian transfer.
• No hidden minting, owner withdrawals, or stealth taxes exist in the token contract.
• A public JSON endpoint at /api/stats provides machine-readable live data on price, accumulated humanitarian fees and liquidity status.

Disclaimer: STOPWARTOKEN is not an investment product and does not guarantee financial returns. Its sole purpose is to facilitate transparent, community-based humanitarian transfers on-chain.

How to Trigger a Humanitarian Transfer

When the contract’s humanitarian balance reaches the threshold, any user may call the Humanitarian trigger to move the accumulated funds to the multisig. The multisig then releases them manually to approved humanitarian organizations once verification is complete.
