A realistic roadmap focused on verifiable progress: shipping public documentation, improving transparency UX, and evolving governance carefully — without speculative promises.
This roadmap is intentionally conservative: SWT is designed as stable infrastructure. If something is shipped, it should be verifiable on-chain or in public docs — not “announced”.
Roadmap principles
No speculative features
No “yield”, no promises, no hype roadmap items. The focus is transparency, operational safety, and verifiable humanitarian flows.
Evidence over marketing
Progress is measured by public artifacts: on-chain locks, contract rules, published docs, and the read-only /api/stats endpoint.
Milestones
Contract deployment & public launch
- Deployment of the SWT contract on Polygon Mainnet.
- Release of the Whitepaper 2025 and the tokenomics page.
- Initial liquidity setup on Uniswap & QuickSwap; LP NFTs time-locked until 2027-01-01.
- Public /api/stats endpoint for verifiable market, fee, and liquidity metrics.
Governance transition groundwork
- Negotiations with recognised humanitarian organisations.
- Transition of the charity wallet from temporary 1/1 to multi-signer governance (see Policy).
- Publish updated transparency & governance documentation as decisions are finalized.
First humanitarian reports
- First charity transparency report: accumulated volume, transfers, hashes.
- Clear explanation of recipients and verification methods (on-chain).
UX & reporting improvements
- Improve donation flow visibility and explorer-friendly references.
- Educational guides for NGO partners and non-technical contributors.
- Potential support for additional stablecoins (always converted to USDT before distribution).
Roadmap items are phrased as operational goals, not promises. SWT avoids speculative “features” and focuses on transparent, verifiable humanitarian impact.
