SWT active promotion is paused.
The May 2026 public mechanics test is closed. The internal on-chain mechanics worked as observed, but the final verified charity delivery path did not complete under the current contract architecture.
What worked
- SWT fee accumulation was observed under real transaction conditions.
- The 50 SWT trigger threshold was reached.
- The public
triggerCharity()window opened. triggerCharity()was executed from the disclosed test wallet.- 0.658925 USDT0 became visible on the SWT contract.
- The disclosed test-wallet SWT position was later unwound and documented.
What failed
The final verified donation route did not complete.
The deployed contract outputs the collected value as Polygon USDT/USDT0. During final recipient checks, SWT could not identify a verified nonprofit donation route that accepts this exact asset/network directly.
SWT will not send funds to an unverifiable wallet or discretionary conversion wallet just to make the test appear complete.
Current status
- The token remains live on-chain.
- Active promotion and campaign activity are paused.
- The current contract will not be presented as a completed humanitarian delivery system.
- A six-month postmortem is planned for Medium on May 20, 2026.
- Any future redesign or relaunch will be considered only after locked liquidity becomes available on 2027-01-01 00:00 UTC.
